Happy 2015! Digitizing Life is now live!

First of all, happy new year!! While I’m out ringing in 2015 (and so should you), my photography website has been launched. I’ve been working on this site (the one you’re reading) and a couple others for so long, I haven’t been able to pay much attention to my other hobby, but that time has finally come.

It’s January 1st, 2015 and as promised, I finally opened the doors to some of the photography work I’ve done in the past and will continue to do moving forward.

Digitizing Life

When I started doing photography — at least with semi-professional gear — I came up with the name Digitizing Life as a way to properly express what I was doing with it. My plan was to start the hobby much like other photographers do and then move on to bigger and better projects like weddings and portraits.

So I began shooting everyday life around me. Whenever I would go on a trip or vacation, I brought my camera. I started posting these images on Flickr, but quickly realized that I wanted to build my own brand and wanted to have a place where I can just post my images and nothing more.

DigitizingLife.com was where it started, but then life took over and I couldn’t spend as much time as I would have liked making the site work.

The wait is now over and for the past month or so, I finally set aside some time to get a few things together. So if you’re interested in checking it out, take a look at the first five collections I’ve posted and stay tuned for many more to come later.
